The central concept of this platform is to provide Dealers and Customers with the modern solution to collaborate and share analytics materials.
There are about 100 dealers in our system. Each dealer offers set of services to the Customers. There is software product deployed in each dealer to help maintain Dealer – Customer interaction (advanced CRM system). Unfortunately, the system doesn’t provide significant capabilities regarding reporting and doesn't allow a flexible and easy way to share reports with external users. The system currently only supports email functionality, and Customers receive generated PDFs reports through email.
The new platform helps to improve a legacy system with newly available reporting tools and at the same time keep the old regime and infrastructure unchanged.
